3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to place an order.

4. Products

Lekker Licenses supplies genuine software licenses and related digital products. Product descriptions are provided in good faith. Images are illustrative unless stated otherwise.

5. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and payment verification. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order affected by pricing errors, suspected fraud or stock/licensing availability.

6. Pricing

Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise indicated and may change without notice. Confirmed paid orders are not affected by later price changes.

7. Payments

Payments are processed through secure PCI DSS compliant payment providers. Full payment is required before delivery.

8. Digital Delivery

Most products are delivered digitally by email and/or WhatsApp. Typical delivery is within two hours of payment confirmation during business hours.

9. License Use

Software licenses remain subject to Microsoft’s licensing terms and any applicable third-party license agreement. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the purchased license is suitable for their intended use.

10. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Lekker Licenses Refund & Returns Policy. Digital products already delivered or activated may not be eligible for refund except where required by law.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content including text, graphics, branding and design is owned by or licensed to Lekker Licenses and may not be reproduced without written permission.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or engage in unlawful activity.

13. Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party services including payment gateways, analytics, courier providers and Microsoft services. Their own terms may also apply.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lekker Licenses is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

Except where required by law, products and services are provided ‘as is’. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website or third-party services.
