This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how your order will be processed, delivered and supported after purchase.
We are committed to providing fast, secure and reliable delivery of genuine Microsoft software licenses and digital products.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays.
- Orders placed and successfully paid for before 14:00 (SAST) are typically processed on the same business day.
- Orders placed after 14:00, on weekends or public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order has been processed, you will receive confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp, together with your product license and installation instructions (where applicable).
2. Delivery Methods & Estimated Timeframes

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to payment verification, public holidays, courier delays, or exceptionally high order volumes.
3. Delivery Coverage
We currently provide:
- Digital software license delivery worldwide via email and/or WhatsApp.
- Physical product delivery (where available) throughout South Africa.
International courier shipping is not currently offered for physical products.
4. Delivery Costs
At Lekker Licenses, we offer:
- Free digital delivery on all software licenses.
- Free shipping on eligible physical products within South Africa.
No courier, shipping or handling fees are added during checkout unless specifically stated.
5. Order Tracking
For digital orders:
- Your software license, activation key and download instructions will be sent directly to the email address and/or WhatsApp number provided during checkout.
For physical orders (where applicable):
- A courier tracking number will be supplied once your order has been dispatched.
- You will receive tracking information via email or WhatsApp.
If you have not received your digital order within the estimated delivery time, please check your Junk or Spam folder before contacting us.
6. Delivery Conditions
Please ensure that your contact details and, where applicable, your shipping address are accurate before completing your purchase.
Lekker Licenses cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:
- Incorrect email addresses
- Incorrect telephone numbers
- Incorrect shipping addresses
- Customer unavailability during courier delivery
Responsibility for physical goods transfers to the customer once delivery has been confirmed by the courier.
7. Failed Deliveries
For physical deliveries:
If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
For digital deliveries:
If an email bounces or a WhatsApp message cannot be delivered due to incorrect contact information supplied by the customer, we will assist in re-sending the order once the correct information has been provided.
8. Digital Product Delivery
The majority of products sold by Lekker Licenses are digital software licenses.
Digital orders include:
- Microsoft product keys
- Software activation licenses
- Digital download instructions
- Installation guidance
Digital products are delivered:
- Via email
- Via WhatsApp (where applicable)
Most digital orders are delivered within 2 hours after payment confirmation.
Should your order require additional verification or manual processing, delivery may take slightly longer. If you have not received your order within the stated timeframe, please contact our support team.
9. Delivery Delays
Although we strive to process and deliver all orders as quickly as possible, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Payment verification
- Microsoft licensing verification
- Public holidays
- High seasonal demand
- Technical issues
- Courier network disruptions (for physical products)
Should any unexpected delay occur, we will keep you informed and provide regular updates.
10. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be amended or cancelled before delivery.
Once a digital license key, activation code or software license has been delivered, the order is considered fulfilled and cannot normally be cancelled due to the nature of digital products.
Refund requests remain subject to our Refund & Returns Policy.
